Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimated only. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, bad weather or logistics carrier delays.

Free standard shipping is offered for all orders over $50. A flat shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout for orders under $50.

Buyers take full responsibility for all import duties, customs taxes and local clearance fees charged by your country. We cannot mark packages as gifts to avoid customs charges.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact your local post office first. Reach our support team within 15 days after delivery confirmation for help.

If your goods arrive broken or defective, send clear photos of the package and products within 7 days of receipt. We will cover all return shipping fees and provide free replacement or full refund.
